How Payment Works

Valid booking reference — issued with your confirmation
Surname or email — matches the booking record
Confirmed payable amount — as quoted on your invoice
Currency — as stated on the invoice
Invoice reference — for reconciliation
Hosted gateway — you are redirected to a licensed payment provider (when card payment is selected)
Success / failure callback — payment status is recorded
Automatic receipt — emailed after successful payment
Internal reconciliation — matched to your booking

Bank transfers

Full bank account details are not published on this page. After your quotation is approved and a booking/invoice reference is issued, we send secure payment instructions privately.

Card payments

When a gateway is connected for your booking, you will pay on the provider’s hosted checkout — not on owtsrilanka.com card fields.
